NCP Coatings, Inc. offers Water Reducible Low VOC, Low HAPS Alkyd technologies in Direct-to-Metal, and Conventional primer/topcoat systems as well as Water Reducible Alkyd Melamine Baking Enamels. These products have been formulated with maximum corrosion protection in mind from a single component coating.  Formulated for the Dip, and Spray marketplace these coatings offer inherent cost savings over their solvent based counterparts in the reduction of emissions, waste streams, and the ability to store larger quantities on-site.  Many of our Water Reducible Coatings have been formulated to meet stringent manufacturers specifications such as Arvin Meritor P-28 & P-81, Dana 502, and Eaton TES-005.  These systems are again available in a full line of primers and topcoats as well as a full range of gloss and color.

NCP Coatings, Inc. also offers a range of Water Based Emulsions, W/R Alkyd/Emulsion Hybrids, and Acrylic Emulsion Coatings all designed to increase production thru put offering faster dry times and lower VOCs then our conventional W/R Alkyd systems where appearance and dry time outweigh corrosion protection.  Many of these coatings are used in the decorative metal industries, the fiberglass or fiber wood door industry, and the hydraulic valve market place offering excellent appearance and durability.

NCP Coatings, Inc. continues to expand this line into the Water Reducible Urethane/Polyurethane marketplace and has formulated one of the highest quality two-component Water Reducible Urethane systems available to the Military meeting the stringent requirements of MIL-DTL-64159 Type I&II.  Addition efforts are underway to develop Single Component Water Reducible Polyurethane Dispersion that will be available commercially to the OEM marketplace.
